22br or 22-250 build

It will mostly be rabbits and crows from 300 yards to around 600 maybe a bit more depending on the area.
I have 223 and swift shooting light bullets for the closer stuff and 6mm and 6.5 for further away.
Would 3000 fps with a 75 grainer be conservative for a 22br?

I have a .22-250 A.I. that I sometimes use for crows. My crow load is a stiff load of H380 behind a 50 grn. Nosler Ballistic Tip that chrono's at 4150 ft/s. When it connects with a crow it is quite an experience. All you can see is an explosion of feathers as the crow is literally vaporized,
