hobo oil

Its pretty thin. Much thinner than the old bolt magic but stays where its supposed to
I got to be careful here, Dusty called my a hothead:p Dusty, you think it will make my FnFal cycle faster, 10 per second now, maybe I could get 15

Why do I get the feeling that I've just walked into the wrong room? Granted . . . I'm new to the whole shooting thing, but I had no idea that the type of oil made any difference. Maybe I'm spoiled because I have two Tikkas with buttery smooth bolt action, and the standard Hoppe's works fine. On the other hand, my buddy's Weatherby Vanguard has a sticky bolt, and the oil did not help much.

infer, deduce, interpolate & cast aside the unnecessary. life's handbook?, and with regard to shooting, a primer as well. :)

You wouldnt believe how slick a tikka is with actual bolt oil on it. You really should give it a try. Its short money.

So I bought some Hobo oil, too many positive remarks not to try it. I ordered three bottle because I knew my cousin would want one too if I liked it anyways.... I used it to resize some brass because that was mentioned on here. Pretty amazing how far a drop will go as brass lube. My imperial wax may get some dust on it. Then I oiled a few bolts, a little goes a long ways and the bolts are noticeably smoother than with break free or Rem oil. It’ll be interesting to see how it’s does in the field! Does it attract grit, does the cold affect it much etc etc? I’m very impressed so far.

The other thing that I like was how fast Bryant shipped it and how well it was packaged. Each bottle was individually wrapped and sealed in its own ziplock and the box was well padded. No oil escaped and I appreciated that, that and the fact that I was charged a minimal shipping fee.

Great product, great seller. I give both 5 stars ⭐

Is this oil only available down by the railroad tracks and does it come packaged in an old red handkerchief tied to a stick? just wondering so I know where to look for it.
