I ordered a barrel for one of my projects on June 18th after a couple quick comms with Bradley. My new barrel arrived yesterday!!!
With all the shortages and delays with everything these days, this was a ray of sunshine in my world. Actually a blast of sunshine!!
This man has the fire in his belly! It’s great to see these days!

Customer service is alive and well. Bradley seems very passionate about his work, and in this day and age, that is what will make a small business thrive. It is so simple, just treat customers the same way you would like to be treated. Kind of a no brainer, but many can't fathom it. Carry on Bradley.

Yep bought some blitzing from him. Fast shipping.. (bullet boxes (5) were in “shrink wrap” placed in bottom of box and paper filled the void. I probably would have packed them sorta like an egg. I.e. wrapped the paper around the boxes for extra security and "centered the product. They did arrive undamaged, so all good. Yes, I will buy from him in future.

Brad is one standup guy his word is good in the recent months I bought seven or eight barrels from him I’ve had a couple of friends buy barrels from him and we have all been extremely happy with him and his products in today’s world great customer service is hard to come by and Brad says he’s gonna do something he will get it done or he’ll tell you he can’t The worst part of dealing with Brad I know he’s going to tempt me with something new .
