I have been using them for decades and have not had a single issue with any of them. I also make my own hand dies / arbor press dies, and the Wilson bushings are the little kitty's meow!

Now that i think about it every benchrest shooter i know of uses reddings if theyre not using carbide. Never seen a wilson bushing at a match- maybe this is why?

I like to plan ahead for the next firing on the brass and the next lot. Gotta be able to adjust my die- cant be locked into one tension thats never right where i want it

Agree, but don’t feel locked-in. I’m using expander mandrels to get the target tension.

Problem with that is SR BR shooters are reloading between relays and it adds a step to the process. Time becomes a problem.

Let me ask this question
If you turn the necks on your brass why would you need to Mandrel other than ensuring Virgin brass is true?
