I have been using them for decades and have not had a single issue with any of them. I also make my own hand dies / arbor press dies, and the Wilson bushings are the little kitty's meow!
 
Now that i think about it every benchrest shooter i know of uses reddings if theyre not using carbide. Never seen a wilson bushing at a match- maybe this is why?

If you turn the necks on your brass why would you need to Mandrel other than ensuring Virgin brass is true?
