How many firings on brass for Harrell's die?

I've been trying to call them, but haven't gotten an answer, and their answering machine says don't leave a message, just call back later...
So do I just need to fire the new brass once, or several times before I send the brass to Harrell's? This is for a 6br.

They have always told me 3x and if you have a way to get it done, just neck size them. If not only do enough sizing to get them to chamber.
