Gun stickers on vehicles

th

Theres the window sticker for you......LOL

I don't know about criminals, but a fellow shooter had his new truck "keyed" a few years back when Trump was running for president, presumably the vandalism motivated by the preponderance of Trump bumper stickers on his truck. Whether this was the reason, it will never be known for sure but no sense inviting some craze liberal to make a statement.

I don't use bumper stickers, T-shirts or other ways to advertise my core beliefs. There are too many crazies running around these days. I have enough problems without inviting more.

Maybe Teddy R had it right, "walk softly but carry a big stick". ;)

Not only from an advertising perspective, but stickers and vanity plates make you and your vehicle visually unique ... more easily identifiable.
If I want that I'll put a strip of reflective tape along the top of the back window.

There's a problem with grabbing up a paddy wagon full of perps these days. There ain't enough jail cells to put em. There ain't enough judges and court time to arraign them. There ain't enough PD's to defend em. There ain't enough PO's to watch em. --- jd
When you vote for people who remove the funding from jails and prisons then you deal with the consequences of criminals walking the streets.

Simple concept many refuse to acknowledge.

My daughter's cars have this: 1*

Knowledgable cops who regularly pull those two lead foot kids over seem to be kind to them after asking what Dad does for a living.

As for me, having lived in Ithaca (mini-Seattle) which is a caricature of liberals stuck in thier hippie days, driving Volvo bricks running on french frie grease and held together by layers of bumper stickers, I drive a grey car, no hubcaps, no stickers.

Ask the guys wearing Harley T-shirts who never sat on a Harley. Let alone rode one.

Anyone can spend their money any way they like. Whatever floats your boat.
I ask again, what do they wannabe. Maybe the guys want a Harley but can’t afford it for whatever reason so they shouldn’t wear a shirt until they sit on or ride one? That is one strange opinion. I did not mention money, the discussion was about wearing or displaying certain things in a public way.Why does it bother people when someone wears a shirt with a Glock, or Defiance, or Packers, or Lakers, or Creed, or Earnhart on it?

The reason I ask, this same issue came up in another shooting sport I participate in. A certain group of shooters who were fan boys of a particular shooter really went overboard because he always belittled the guys who wore shirts with whatever pistol, part, or supplier was on their shirt when shooting. It became such a derogatory situation it consumed another forum. He said these people were wannabes, they wanted to be the best shooter but couldn’t so the wore a shirt to make people think they were great.

The really strange thing was when he finally became an excellent shooter he did a 180 and then started wearing shirts that he for years railed against. And his fan boys all went along with it.

i just do not understand this reasoning. When I go to a UT football game you can bet I will be wearing the orange. What do I wannabe? When I go to a NASCAR race I will be wearing an Earnhart shirt. What do I wannabe?

Rant over and out.
