check Sam's club or home depot etc. They have tool benches with thick wood tops and metal cabinets or heavy duty shelving units.

+1 for SAM'S the benches have a butcher block top and sturdy metal base. Roll a round cabinets are available that fit under the benches. Cabinets from kitchen make overs can be found on Craigs List as well. For less than $2,000 you can have a great reloading set-up.
