Gun(s) you wish you'd never sold?

One of the criteria I use when buying is planning to keep it for life. Unfortunately, life has a way of changing our plans, but so far with me not with regards to firearms! I’m also blessed with family members that want them at my end of days…

Ever sold or given away a gun that, to this day, you wish you'd never gotten rid of?

Only one, in my case ...

A Remington 700 .243 that was nearly quarter-MOA accuracy at 300yds. Started out as an off-the-shelf SPS Varmint with heavy barrel and the flimsy plastic stock. Added a Jewell HVR trigger, a custom fiberglass stock (perfectly bedded), and a marginally tolerable scope. And I wasn't hardly a decent marksman. With a great barrel and reloading, along with a high-quality scope ... well, I'll never know.
I had a Stoner SR-25 that I bought lightly used and never shot. It was expensive when I bought it and they were really hard to come by then but I sold it because I was almost afraid to shoot it thinking that it would be devalued by it. Oh well.

A real genuine mint condition Springfield 03-A4 with correct scope and mounts. I bought it in1974 for around $50 at a outdoor camping store. I had no idea what I had and sold it later to a collector for $100 . Many years later I found out what I had. I haven’t sold a gun since. I still get nauseated when I think about it.

.218 Bee. Kimber of Oregon single shot. Maybe one of the most beautiful rifles I've ever seen or shot. Highly polished bluing. Very accurate. :)

Sold my 5" S&W Mod. 27 to my preacher and bought the 6" version--- BIG MISTAKE SALLY ! Never shot as good or felt as good in my hands as the 5" . Preach says he'll sell it back to me if he ever decides to get rid of it. Fat chance of that, it's only been 30 years ago.
