They'll take your guns with their guns. The government has a monopoly on violence and they want to keep it that way.

Well, that's just it. No, they don't. Indeed, it's codified in the laws, acknowledging people have every right to forcibly repel unjustifiable violence done upon them. Of course, the whole weight of the State comes with the one side. But there's 200M+ citizens, and it'd get damnably difficult (probably impossible) to stop them from forcibly putting down attempted enslavement if they put their minds to that task, pointless though it might end up being on an individual by individual basis.

The citizens just haven't awakened to that realization.

It's like that in Kalifornia. or shipping anything in or out of the state without FFL participation. Runs up the cost of any exchange.

Exactly , The removal of rights in the name of safety....They pretty much destroyed the 4th amendment with the patriot act.... Now moving on to the 1A and 2A... Unfortunately not enough people know a few things.... A well regulated milita doesn't mean regulated by the government , it means we'll armed and organized.... The 2A isn't and never was about hunting and is the only amendment that ends in SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED because the founding fathers knew how important it is....
The dumbing down of Americans has been going on for a long long time... There's an old saying , you don't know what you have till it's gone and this is especially true for freedoms..... What's going on in America right now is all the proof you need that people will no longer stand for anything.... Once it effects them it's to damn late to get off the couch.... it all comes down to the fact that it isn’t bad enough yet for any rational gun owner to never see our families again.
i think firearm confiscation will be the braking point. there are 75-110 million gun owners in the united states, if only 4% refuse to turn them in there won’t be enough popcorn in the world for that show. having said that how are they going to take them? door to door? lol not me.
gun haters aren’t dumb. they will just keep nickel and diming gun owners for the foreseeable future.

IT will be fairly simple to GRAB ALL the guns or NOT EVEN BOTHER !. What good will a firearm be without Ammunition or components to build said ammunition !??.

Someone already has commandeered the Primers and can easily shut off our powder market !.

Seemed a little to convenient IMO , that primer Manufacturers #3 months ago decided , THEY CAN'T or WON'T supply any primers until ; MAYBE next year ??. Really so where are they all going at 24/7 /3 shifts ???

So melt all the lead you wish but better have some fresh surgical rubber tubing around ,in order to build a sling shot in which to fling the lead from !. Remember a BP Musket is a poor substitute against an M249 !!!.

Right. They haven’t “awakened” and they won’t until it’s too late. I believe history makes that part clear.

My point remains… Gov owns the monopoly. They will not stand down. Our own government has killed more people than any party or group (maybe in all of history). They manipulate everything. The news. The message. The bulk of the population. “We the people” cannot win this battle alone.

Joe’s minions here in Delaware are pushing some new laws thru the State House. They’re pushing for a ban on the sale of “assault” weapons , then proof of purchase before the law enactment and REGISTRATION of all listed “assault weapons”.
Also a buy back of all magazines holding more than 17 rounds, then lawful punishment for possession of “high capacity” mags.
All this is supposed to fly thru with little opposition!
