Been seeing this coming since Clinton was in office. Now - FINALLY - others are waking up. I just wonder if there is enough time for them to get the supplies they need for what's coming............and if their is enough willing to fight.

BTW..........the studies have shown that the vast majority of the boots on the ground troops would side with us. Most officer types will side with the government.......in typical brown nose officer behavior. The pentagon literally did a war game scenarios with blue against red.

I do know that for the past few years our physician's office asks us if we have been depressed recently at every visit. They write down every response you give them. If you don't think they do, have a copy of your medical records made and read them. I did that when relocating across country and was surprised to see doctor statements that are official record without the ability to challenge the opinion on the patient's part.I

SADLY, I cannot disagree with RKS because mostly the WIZARD of TECH Gates, has

I believe the SCOTUS, ruled last year against provisions of red flag laws, primarily on the removal of ones right to due process. I emailed John Cornyn's office to remind him and stated Texas will be better served when he's gone. Jamming civilian communications is no guarantee of success and there's lots of average shooting Joe's out there. The announcement of gun confiscations or even seeing that their neighbor's door getting kicked in on an S&S sweep, the element of surprise is lost for the enforcers of gun control.

Should the poop hit the fan I would like to think, whatever army or police units that are trying to enforce gun control will realize that the swamp that they are attempting to drain is full of alligators up to their asses.

Not so sure of that! Article 92 of the UCMJ makes it a crime to disobey a lawful military order or regulation. An officer can be considered to be in violation of Article 92 if he intentionally violates or fails to follow an order.

90,91&92 all lay out disobeying LAWFUL orders. You cant do that for sure, but you have a duty to disobey an unlawful order. You just have to prove in court it was unlawful like abusing a prisoner. This is where this gets tested most often (as im sure you know examples as do I). Lots of current prisoners had the “i was just following orders” defense and it didnt work. These are times when disobeying the order would have been the right decision in articles 90,92&92 according to rank.
