Congrats man, they are pretty cool. I picked up a Banish 30 for my Model 70 300WM. Throwing 215 Bergers, she just had a little too much boom. That suppressor turned it into a pretty comfortable rifle to shoot.
So does Ohio……I thought we were just naming states that suck. In Michigan, you are taught from a young age that Ohio sucks and the best thing to ever come out of Ohio is I-75.Illinois sucks.........
They get HOT!whats the cover for? Heat ?
This is something that I have been wondering about. An individual buys a suppressor and dies. The wife has no use for it. What does the estate do with it? Can (no pun intended) the estate sell it? Enquiring minds want to know.Did you register them in a Trust
Yeah I've never been around anyThey get HOT!

Man, it must be nice to live in a free state.
Amen, sad we have to jump through hoops to do it.Almost compulsory to use one in the UK. About time the US caught up.
I've got about 18 rifles and 3 cans using Griffin's taper mount system...zero issues. Two friends similarly set up. Again, no issues. If your threads are straight and will work for direct thread they will work with the Griffin system.Tolerance stacking is the main reason. A lot of guys have alignment issues and when they send the can back to SiCo they tell them it’s the mount causing the issue. Direct thread is always best. If you use an ASR brake or QD mount you MUST verify with an alignment rod. I See a lot of guys posting online that their accuracy went to crap when using the suppressor and when they take the asr mount off, and direct thread it to the barrel, the accuracy comes back.
Yeah, they get quite hotwhats the cover for? Heat ?
Nubie here but well studied. I pick up my first suppressor this weekend. I chose the Keymo system on a Dead Air Primal. My next suppressor (Omega 9K) will have the Xeno mounting system. I want the ability to remove the suppressor for transporting and use on other systems. I looked into Tri Lug and ASR and if i understand correctly Tri Lug was the first and ASR tried to fix Tri Lugs Problems. Please educate me if I am wrong. But I agree, the ASR system has a long history of complaints for baffle strikes and coming loose.
