Favorite mass produced bullet?

With the bolt rifle,105 hybrid for me too. Next barrel will be a 7.5 twist though.

For whatever reason my 6mmFatRat doesn't like the 105H but it does like the 95gr SMK??? It's a bullet I've grown appreciation for. I prefer it now for that little cartridge at that length.

When you consider price, quality, ACCURACY, availability and the fact that these bullets are almost benchrest in quality and accuracy I would give the nod to the SIERRA 87 BTHP GAMEKING.

I wasn’t aware that Sierra had an 87 grain, 243 bullet of any kind.

Now, the 85 grain HPBT GameKing...I’ve shot a 5 gallon bucket full of them. Most versatile 6 mm bullet on the planet.

Oh I like that 80 Blitz. Wow. What a great bullet.

I like the 80 Blitz as well. Great groundhog bullet.

But that 85 HPBT will do groundhogs on one end up to whitetail on the other (as long as you neck or double-lung them...if you don’t, it tears up too much meat).

It’s also a good bullet for club target matches up to 600 yards.
