It sounds extremely hot because that's a faster powder, and 33.3 charge in a br case is full , plus with a heavy bullet. All those factors make for high pressure. Something is off about this.
Is this in a dasher by chance?

The 6BR pressure max is 52K and the screen shot looks like it shows 51k as the max pressure generated. Based one these numbers, why is there a pressure issue?

Am I missing something?

I've tried the CFE223 & it works ok. But 29.7 N150 with 105 Bergers .005 jam works better. Bug holes at 100 & less than MOA at 1000. Rem 700 with Wilson 1:8 twist runs Around 2790.

That sounds like a lot. I know a lot are in the .104 range.

Just finished a 6BR Bartlien 1-8, 27" PTG Match Reamer .270 NK 104 FB.
Loves 105 HB with Lapua Brass 450M's 30.0 grs of Varget. 2835 AV SD 3.58
So to date not a lot of testing ! It does not like Bullets .010 in or close.
Jump .020 works better.
600 yard Test soon on E-Target ?
