Shooting 1000yd benchrest competition, how would a potential WR target be scored, would the sanctioning bodies recognize it. As a competitor a tangible target is something that I can show people and frame on my wall. Shooting 100 scores is a big accomplishment. What would you have to show for it. In scoring for BR of all forms,measured targets and accurate and tangible. Don’t see how this system is an a advantage. Other than a time and cost savings to the club.

I should have read that after I swallowed that sip of coffee. Good one Greg!It appears that for once, the E-targets and I actually have something in common.
Yes .40 calibers shoot at long range but the problem is you cannot see those little bullets hit. I think electronic targets would help and more people with arthritis and joint problems that cannot handle the big calibers anymore; could get out and shoot too.
