Jack "Fearless Leader" Hawbaker, chairman of the St. Thomas Sportsman's Club Groundhog Shoot Committee passed away on Sunday, September 15 at Chambersburg Hospital. Jack was an active leader and a tireless advocate of shooting sports. His engaging sense of humor and common-sense approach to problems earned him the respect and admiration of all of us who competed with him on Tuesdays. His favorite line was, "I never win.", but his name came up often at the end of the match. He will be missed by his family, friends, fellow shooters and all who knew him. Thank you, Jack.

I did not know the Gentleman, but always sad to loose a comrade.
Hopefully we all end up in a better place, in better shape.
