How bout butchering a 40x stock to fit a vudoo repeater and then rattle can it

I originally finished this stock with a clear gloss, but it’s mostly a coyote rifle and shined way too much in the sun….I know this is kinda redneck but I refinished it with matte clear rust-oleum from a spray can….I kinda like it

I did this one for my wife a couple years ago. Cleaned it, primed it, painted the whole gun white. I used painters tape that I tore the edges on to make the ragged edge for the red. I used my wife’s cricut to make the stars. Came back over everything with a light coat of black and then wiped it off with a rag before it dried.

Green is best, should have done all green

Used leather dye and blended with wool

Used a fence spray gun for the clear application…..

They are a good rest...Much handier to carry and set up than the bigger rests. I sold it and bought a Raptor and no regrets there either. It has some of the features that I liked about the Mini.

I did this one for customer and used Polane from Sherman Williams very durable but the stuff needs to be applied in a well ventilated area.

What sheen is it? Looks amazing

Gloss Adjustments:
Gloss can be lowered by intermixing with Flattening Paste, D64F100
