I would venture to say it has something to do with the seating depth, looks like you have changed quite a few of the other variables. The easiest variables to change are often the ones to be overlooked.

I have always used RL 26 with SRP Lapua with very good results! I got some new Peterson brass in and I tried the 4350 after reading this and here is the result.
I actually numbered the shots backwards. Shot 1,2 are to the left and 3,4,5 are together
