Corner crossing legal 10th circuit rules

If the property owner uses public ground to travel from one of their owned parcels to another owned parcel, then they should be paying an exorbitant access fee to use that public ground if they block the public from crossing corners. They shouldn't be able to have it both ways.

Corner crossing....if they do it then the public should be able to do it.
I’m all about private property rights, but as you say to be fair there should be a lane there in the corner with four gates installed.

We can argue 365 , 24, 7 and untill the courts and gov do something it won't change.
How many who say this and that needs to be done have dealt with hunters on your property, trespassers, ATV's, garbage etc.
I have, its a ROYAL PITA entitled slobs.
Put the shoe on the other foot before you judge.
I've said many times I dont like it the Gov created the problem bottom line.

Hell Sherm, I don’t even invite my in-laws over.

I tried to leave mine open blocked easy access to private timber land, after my wife let a guy drive to the property line to retrieve a deer he shot on the private timberland property while I was overseas working instead of stopping there he drove around the Kelly hump onto Private timberland onto non- motorized property that was it after many other problems.
Guess who they would have come looking for seeing the tracks in the snow coming from my property?

How is he "taking" property?
Is he locking people out? Absolutely.
Would you do it if you owned the land he does, I got money you would if you could.
The Gov created the problem there gonna have to fix it and it won't be cheap.
Actually yes i do own land. Deeded, state and BLM. Yes I understand your stance the Gov created the problem, acuatually I think at least in this case in wyoming, the railroad and government, the checkerboard ownership in that area is a result of the transcontinental railroad from what I understand from a historical stand point. Not only is he locking people out, but when he (they) go to sell, they are getting compensated for that government(Public) property

Compensated? How is that?
Do you mean value because of the checker boarded land is worth more?
