There is no way that law will stand. How can you require a lisence to exercise a constitutional right?

Already does in New York State under the Sullivan Act, all handguns are Registered and you have to have a State Handgun License to own a handgun. not to carry it just own/purchase. The limits on your NYS Handgun License is set by a sitting State Judge and here in the County I live in you can only tranport the handgun from your home to hunt or target shoot.

Answer: The AR-15 appears to have been left in his car and never even used in the shooting

The real answer to all this — and this reveals the “Big Lie” of the mainstream media — is that the Bushmaster AR-15 rifle was left in Lanza’s car.

As for not showing footage of the shooting, stop and think about it. As a parent of one of the children, would you want to see that blood bath? How about the publics reaction to actually watching something like this unfold. We would then have 95% of the population pushing to ban all guns. It's pretty sad to find these doctored up videos floating around.

Go back to the video and zoom to 16:00... Watch the "examiner" (who also is apparently a fireman on the scene also-as seem in other still shots of the scene)... Watch the interview with this guy...

There was a FEMA school shooting drill scheduled for this location and time... Same as 9/11... Same as the London Subway bombing... ETC ETC ETC.... A drill to prepare for the thing that happened is scheduled for the same time and place... It's like a recipe... Over and over and over...

I truly believe this one issue has the potential to tear this country apart. Or, at least redistribute it's population. I'm in MD and our governor is introducing a bill to further outlaw the guns I have and blunt my ability to buy others, even ammo and ammo components. I firmly believe that these laws will be challenged and ultimately overturned but, I have to live with the injustice until that time comes. It may be easier for me to just move to a pro gun state and thus my beliefs stated above.

I don't know what part of Montana you are from but in Missoula where we all meet up to shoot, is completely full of greenies, every bit as bad as Seattle or southern California I know a lot of good people from Montana but they have there share of greenies! I hope Texas does secede from the union, South Carolina did that 153 years ago, our first Arabic president old honest Abe was doing the same as Obammy is now and S. Carolina and a few other states said enough well you know the outcome of all of that, I hope Texas gets it done, I was going to move across the line into Idaho but if Texas Secedes I may just move there and help with the cause! According to the constitution Secession is legal but Abe lost Thousands of our boys saying to heck with the constitution I want it my way and Obammy is the same he hates the constitution and doesn't ever follow it either, so it will be interesting to see the outcome!

I know what you are talking about my Mom used to live there. The problem is most of your people do not vote to fight them. You are right you moved to get away from the messed up state then they vote for the same stuff? Kind of odd. Too bad you can not just tell them you have lost your MT rights. I did tell one person they did loose their Bismarck rights. They laughed at me and with in a few days they were in jail. Stupid ass got drunk and did some stupid stuff. Kind of funny.

Problem is that it doesn't happen overnight. You try to fight them, or even better, mend them to your ways, but they have WAY more people in their states and there's tons of them coming from multiple like minded states. Even Canada! They are all like a spreading virus. Of course there is exceptions so there are some good folks coming in here and there, but not many.

They either push you out, or breed you out over generations. And the media is right there "amplifying" their influence 100% of the time. And these aren't the poor people coming over, these are the folks with lots of money that like to take an active roll in local and state politics. So they all have a voice to poison our ways of living here.

Why do they want the Black rifles

Oh this is so far from being over, things are going to get much worse. they are dertermined to get our guns peroid.
I watched on TV last night a live conference of mayors from major citys. They said they are going to inact local laws and regulations at local level because it will be easyer to pass them and they need to suport the oboma addministration and show their suport at local level reguardless of conrgess..

What the Heck is going on? why do they want these rifles. it has been proved with out a doubt that four hanguns were used in the school shooting. and there is good evidence that it may even be a hoax. I wasent there i did not see what happened.. whats next, M1Grands? scoped hunting rifles, lever action rifle's?

I know this may be a deleted post. But we need to pull together at local level also.

I think this has gone too far allready. But it looks like it has not even begun.
