Not quite finished but functional. It needs some paint, and I'm going to add a couple thumb screws to where the frame extends out.
Don't worry, the 3 jaw is just for mock-up.
I'm using a 1/8hp Immersion pump, plumbed up to a T so I can either run the built in coolant nozzle or the chamber flush. The rotary is mounted on a hinged frame that also extends or retracts based on barrel length.
I think I'm going to raise the reservoir 18" or so for less head height. I've got more ATF mixed in with the Astro Swiss than I'd like but it seems to be working fine.




I was able to wire the pump directly into the lathe, it has a built in 220v circuit for coolant. That really helped keep the install clean.
