I'll bet you're not using an RCBS Rockchucker press.

and does).
Brass conducts very good and its thin. Take a ice cube or a picece of dry ice set the HEAD of the brass on
the ice (the head only) The brass will almost fall out, but be ready with the punch to tap it out.
The trick is to get the brass cold, shrinking it before the die gets cold. Thats how I do it.![]()

John, so the 21st Century Shooting Inc.'s stuck care remover is an ice cube? Hard to ship isn't it? ;D
Not sure how the type of press is related but I assume "power" available. If that is what is meant I have an RCBS A4 and I have used RCBS lube exclusively without a problem. I see now I am using RCBS II....well in the beginning I used their first lube which I guess may have been "1". Bottom line never a problem with RCBS lube in any of my presses and I don't object to grease on my fingers. (Actually a lot cleaner than the usual grease on my hands.)bayou shooter said:I'll bet you're not using an RCBS Rockchucker press.
bayou shooter said:I'm not sure I follow you here. Are you sure that RCBS Lube 2 has more viscosity that ISW? The reason I'm asking is that ISW is pretty much a solid at room temperature and really doesn't run well at all, so I would say its viscocity is extremely high. Maybe the term you are looking for is fluidity, the reverse of viscosity. I would agree that ISW has little to no fluidity at room temperature and pressure, but when pressure is applied (or heat), it does start to run or become more fluid.

Imperial sizing wax is your friend.

My reply about not using a Rockchucker was meant for catshooter, not you. 4,000,000 rounds on a single stage press would be quite a challenge, don't you think?
