Case lube for those loading precision on Dillons

Do you clean off the lube before priming? If so, how?

Yes, just like any other else... I run a 2 toolhead setup for all my calibers. Brass prep toolhead and a loading toolhead.

My brass gets deprimed, sized, some I use the RT1500 trimmer on press, mandrel to set final neck tension.. then it gets tumbled.

Switch toolhead and universal deprimer to knock anything out primer pockets, prime, drop powder and seat bullet

no I don't clean it off because I load on a progressive press. First stage sizes and the second seats the primer

That's only if you do everything in a single tool head.

I don't do it that way. I process large qty of brass at once usually 1-2 per year and fill bins of ready to load brass.. I'm talking thousands of pieces at a time..

When I want to load, I throw in my loading toolhead for say 5.56 and throw in ready to load brass from my bins.

can the mixture of lanolin and alcohol effect the primers if too much is sprayed on the brass and shaken up ?
I used to make and sell lanonlin / alcohol mix. 99% alcohol is used, and most of it evaporates off instantly in the air as a mist, the rest evaporates extremely quickly off the brass, and only a thin fine film of lanolin is left in the case. I never heard from a customer, or experienced myself, dead primers. Primers are much less delicate than most think in general.
