I'm not familiar with Super Lube, but I am thinking that it may be a lubricant like Arch Oil. You wipe that on and leave it sit for 15 minutes. After that you wipe it off dry. I use it on everything from garage door opener, roller, bench press, fire arms, etc... . I call it "skin cream" for moving metal parts.
