Beware of online seller Four Winds Technology

I ordered a rimfire rifle from Four Winds Technology in early November last year for $441.00. They took my money immediately but never produced any order updates. In December after several emails and numerous attempts to reach them by phone and finally got a response from them saying they had a glitch in their system and said it could take a long time to issue a refund. They actually suggested going to my bank for the refund!

Long story short after much wasted time and my money being tied up for over 3 months the credit card bank finally did a chargeback to Four Winds and I got the money back in my account. What a cluster....

With an F rating from the BBB, that should have raised a red flag.
