Best no-turn neck Chamber for 600 yd. rifle??

Got a friend wanting a varmint rifle for the farm but wants it accurate between 300 and 600 yards, he doesn't want to get into neck turning brass, just wants the most accurate he can get without working too hard at it. He would like to use something in the 105gr to 120gr range bullet.
Any thoughts on advise for him here??
