I think most all presses are bored by one piece reamers then threaded with a ram diameter tap body. That typically enables the die thread center well in line with the ram. Check some in stores to see how loose fit some are.Don’t a o ring just preloaded the threads
If the press ram is off center a o ring would do not to correct it as soon as the pressure on the die the treads align and the ram will still be off center
Hornady is hard to beat.
