The problem is that when all is said and done the saum doesn't really get to use that 4gr. more. The SS pushes the shoulder back and into a 40* which makes the neck longer than the saum, also the side taper is blown out on the SS. So in essence a lot of that 4gr. more capacity space is taken up by the bullet sticking down into the power column past the neck shoulder juncture where most bullets in the SS barely even enter the neck shoulder juncture given the longer neck. Now you could always have a reamer made with for the saum with more freebore to correct that problem or throat it.Hi Rob.
