Are Remington gun barrels made by savage??? This seems to be going around,I have heard it from several people now) is this true???

I do not know for sure. I can say this I have never seen a savage that did not shoot.

remington buying from savage? I doubt it.
I have a pss that is great. give them some time to catch up. The old ones that were button rifled were great shooters.

Remington has been using Hammer Forged barrels for years. Savage was using Button Rifles barrels and that probably explains their inherent accuracy.
