Do u sell sample sizes . Can’t spend $550 not knowing if they will be right for my barrel !
If theyre not youll need to go ahead and get a new barrel.

Lets talk more about the bag fill, I now have the gun tracking pretty good but not great, the stock is the 5/8" and so is the bag, so now do I need to work on taking sand out of the ears? Bag? what am I looking for? Remember this is my first year at this so help me out here. Not sure if I'm going to get to go to Dixon Springs, TN this weekend (have pneumonia that I'm getting over) or go Sunday to BGSL but going to try and shoot somewhere.

Why?Try putting a bit more sand in the ears- make sure youre not on the stitches. Then work on alignment. Twist it and your front rest until it slides straight. If it wont you may need to have your stock milled straight
A sensitive rifle will give you vertical if it hits a hard spot. The heavier it is the easier you can get away with itWhy?
Just trying to learn

For what all applications is that input based from/toward?A sensitive rifle will give you vertical if it hits a hard spot. The heavier it is the easier you can get away with it
I shoot UBR from 100 yards to 300 meters, my gun weighs 17 lbs, the bottom of the tracker stock is flat with a slight taper. I have a match coming up this weekend so won't mess with it before next week when I go to lick my wounds ;-) but will try some of both (ears and body of bag). For what all applications is that input based from/toward?
While I have seen the same thing with LV 6PPC's, hunter, and other similar short, lighter weight rifles, but also seen the complete opposite effect with heavier LR-BR and F-Class stocks. Much of what I learned in SR-Benchrest went out the window when I switched to the LR disciplines.
Vast indifference in stock designs, barrel lengths, recoil, torque (twist), etc., etc, to generalize bag effects (both front & rear) - IME.

Get a lenzi top from pma. It uses a regular bag.Its hard to see from that angle what I am talking about, but I certainly dont like these gaps that are highlighted.

Those side bags do look to be upside down?
Thanks! I'll definitely look at that and change it if that is the case!!I didnt like the gap but didnt look to see the upside down part. I would definitely change that before your next match.
Also the other side of that, is most places will dq you if you cant lift the rifle straight up and not disturb the rest. Also called "entrapment". Some places dont check. But if you start shooting good I guarantee you they will start to nit pick.
