Rear Bag Questions

I’m just getting into F Class. I have a Bald Eagle front rest w a new Bald Eagle 3” bag. I have an all leather, rabbit ear, rear bag. I was told I need a hard, slippery ( non rabbit ear ) rear bag so both ends of the rifle slide evenly. In theory this sounds correct. Can you help out here ? Thanks in advance

Yes , either cordura or the 3m slippery coated fabric. Be sure to get proper ear spacing to allow the bottom of the stock butt to ride flat on the bag top. And experiment with bag height using spacer to find the comfortable height. Then call Protector to discuss these details to assure getting the best fit bag.

I’m a short range br guy (ppc, br type). Having used multiple Protektor and Edgewood rear bags through the years, my Lenzi has retired all of them.
Buy once, cry once, go with Lenzi.
