Really? Lines like "ATF has also received numerous requests from licensees" go right along with " It has been shown" and "We know that". Don't believe a word of it. Any good PR person (is there such a thing?) will tell you that these type of opening statements are there to reinforce a position and persuade agreement, even before you had read the document.Here you go...fudds at it again.

This has the same rumblings as dudes writing letters to the ATF asking if it’s ok to shoulder their braced pistol or if they can have a forward vertical grip on it.
