IMG_7494.jpegIMG_7495.jpegSo I happened on to this action and trigger today.
Would anyone be able to tell me what it is and if it’s a good one? The trigger is extremely light. If more pictures are required let me know.

Thank you for the help!!

2013 is what it appears to be?These are oftentimes great actions and there were offerings from lilja barrels that shot great with them

Solid action!

Appears to be a 2007/2013. Model difference in the barrel and stock not the action. Is it good? It's excellent but different. The problem with it is the four stock screws. It's hard to get the torque correct. I've had three. Never could get it figured out for the first two, but the third had a Speedy Gonzalez bedding system which effectively makes it two screw bedding. I bought it for a $1,000 or so. It will compete easily with other more expensive rifles I own. But you really need that bedding system. The barrel is clamp on. The one that came with mine looks like an old Time but it's very good.

The trigger is the same as the 54 Super Match or a 5018. The rifle, I think, as originally marketed as a BR-50 model. Google

Harvey's Hot Rod Anschütz BR-50 ...

Some descriptions list it as a Model 54. Maybe Anschutz calls it that and there are similarities but the flat bottom, clamp on barrel, etc, make it something different. It is a series 2000 action.

The trigger mechanism looks to be the standard 5018 with the safety catch remived. The trigger blade is homemade, lump of metal and a screw.

I'm not sure if the block behind the trigger housing is attached to the trigger, or to the receiver. I think I see a hole to access the rear trigger retaining screw. It's not a factory part, and I'm not sure what it does.
