I've seen the car several times. They don't race it, but it is a piece of history. Not sure who I talked to but I have spoke with them. Info and pics below.

Thanks for that info. I don’t live in Ohio any longer, but have great memories of ‘Dragway 42’. Good luck in the future.
 
I just read your 1st post and appreciate that the Lotus was the first successful rear engine car, and the departure of the Offy engines,
Though my heart rests with Jim Hall and his beginnings of the ground effects cars in auto racing. He and Hap Sharp owned Can-Am with the Chaparral.

Dave, what Rear End ratio are you using in your ‘64. ?
 
Dave is leaving with a 14.82 final drive ratio and that is a hard hit. No wonder those wheels are coming up.
Gotta love that quick shifting !
