there you go, that wasn't tough. When in doubt talk to management.
True enuf... tho I was also hoping some MD's might have additional info direct from ARA. I'm devious that way.

Garand ....I don't see this question there ....? You could have gotten it straight from the horse's mouth there ....hummm.....stirring the pot here huh ....
Well well well... This has become a thing. KSS/ARA IS putting together a Factory class.
Rules are being caressed as we speak.
It's up to clubs/MD's to make this happen, shooters have to want to.
There is a long, allot of unnecessary but still informative, thread about it on accurate shooter site.
Makes me wonder if the CZ 452 would be considered "in production"

Makes me wonder also if my Anschutz 64SBR would meet criteria - probably not?Makes me wonder if the CZ 452 would be considered "in production"
i don't agree with the MSRP requirement, fore not many current fodder is really sold at that price.. they are sold at MAP.. sometimes less.[/QUOTE
i have not weighed in on any of these threads here and elsewhere because I am not primarily an ARA shooter but this post is worth a thought.....maybe.
Think about the MSRP requirement where it is (it’s got to be someplace).
First, this whole effort, in part, is directed at folks unable to shoot at the cost levels of existing matches.
Second, if it is much higher, even a reasonable amount, it puts you squarely at the levels of decent used custom equipment, which then renders the whole exercise rather moot does it not? Spend past a certain amount, why not get something custom ?
Basically guys are gonna bitch about anything anyway, you do not need to spend much time looking at any forums to read a hell of a lot about “only the few”,” impossible to find ammo”, etc., etc. often by guys that don’t shoot any match anywhere.
