IBS Rimfire 50 and 100 yard

My 2 CZ MTR's shoot very well, and appear to shoot close to my Anschutz 1761 MSR on ARA Factory targets. When you move to ARA unlimited targets the difference in the CZ and Anschutz rifles seems larger.

I expect to see several revisions to the rules throughout the first year. I bet the first will be the 50 yard target. I am going to make my practice session today by shooting some. With best edge they look easier than an ARA factory. without digging out the calipers it looks like the 50 yard 10 ring is only a smidgen smaller than the 100 yard 10 ring

When ordering targets the gal asked if I wanted the new red 50 yard targets or the original. I chose both & upon receiving them was pleased to see the new red targets have similar scoring rings to the IR target. The 10 ring being approximately a 1/64th larger or so. The dot also larger at 1/8th inch. I'll offer both & expect all to choose to shoot the original green target given the equipment. If I'm shooing a UL gun I'll shoot the red & encourage all the UL guys do the same.
