AGS Brass Annealer

Your set up is excellent for an induction "torch" . Not a traditional coil. You can use ferrit inductors from Fluxeon. I built few annealing machines using step motor driven arm, delivering the brass in and out of the magnetic field. In addtion to ferrit inductor It requires very few components - ZVS board, 750 watts powers supply, timer and a contractor (or a good quality Solid State relay). At least you can anneal a lot easier your own brass.

Good luck

"хвала" for your post :)

Ordered mine online Jan. 1 and it just arrived!!!!! Crazy fast

Opened it up and it's as everyone says. Very well made, packaged well and compact! Letting it warm up before powering it up. Can't wait to get it going.

Thanks

I have one as well (v3.0), an excellent choice if you're looking for a solution that's not too costly and now there is update v3.2 for those with really large brass.
