I really like mine. I buy the torch heads from Lowe's and started have trouble with them. Out of the blue I started getting just a soft flame. After the 2nd torch I thought maybe I was turning the on/off knob too tight. I went and bought the 3rd torch head and on this one I used very little pressure to turn the flame off. Been working just fine for 3 weeks now. Anyone else have this type of problem? Better torch heads?

i think it depends on the brand, I had to buy three to get two good ones but the one bad one was that way out of the package. I run a splitter so I always test them individually with a disposable bottle to assure the head is good before trying with the AGS.

I like it does not take up much space at all one torch works fine with 6BR and 223
I buy Old torch heads at yard sales usually $1 each--older the better most are unused anyway--much better quality than new china crud

I tired the socket, drill, and torch tonight......Nope

Just not accurate enough for me. It was just a guessing game for me that I wasn't comfortable with.

Just placed an order for the AGS Brass Annealer 3.1.

Can't wait to try it!
