A little reloading trick from me

You don't have to breath it to be hazardous. Same for brake cleaner, the dangerous chemical in both can be absorbed thru the skin.

I just use a clean micro fiber cloth, one at a time is slow, but works. Use to use imperial, but never again, this is better, and smells good, and so safe you could eat it. I don't recamend this but it's the best lube I've found! Used just like Imperial, a little goes a long way, and easier to cleanup.

Gonna try this window cleaner on my wiping cloth. Maybe try it like Jimmy, do several at a time?
+1 ^^^^^
Much prefer this to Imperial!
Wipes off with a microfiber cloth, no residue, no solvents.
I do miss 111 Tri-chlor though. I think I'm still recovering from cleaning my lathe with it @15 years ago.o_O

I just spray on Hornady One-Shot and dry tumble for 15 minutes to remove it after sizing. Spray goes on evenly and the brass all sizes within .0005. I've read that guys are sticking cases but after 10s of thousands of resized rifle cases I have never had an issue with it.

I'm not sure why smiring die wax on each individual case and then wiping every case off again is either faster or easier. I guess some have more free time on their hands than I.

Just my .02 cents.

Lol I think that's a bit crazy. I have been in an ocean of oil while cleaning out the bowser in a power plant. Years of exposure to who knows what as a journeyman too. Asbestos is mostly made up horse poop. Hell, when I was a kid we would hold BB splitshot in our mouth when fishing so we wouldn't lose them.
LOL
Not to mention all the Airplane glue and dope we were breathing building all our cool models.
Don't even get me started on all the asbestos dust I breathed working in a brake shop back in the 70's when you dumped the drums on the floor, and used an air hose to blow the plates off.
Then OSHA came along, said it could kill us some day.
Even at 70 my Dr still has me take a yearly chest x-ray "just to be sure".
As pointed out bacon & beer will kill you, they better not try and take either away from me!

It’s not.

“I guess some have more free time on their hands than I.”

Some of us do, and are grateful for it.

Sometimes I just sit on my back deck and stare off into the fields and ponder my existence.

This is my recipe for making brass look new. Imperial die wax for sizing, then clean the wax off with "Purple Power", a wax and grease remover as well as an-all around cleaner. Get it at available at your local car parts store. One gallon will last you a lifetime. Rinse well then dump cartridges in vinegar and swirl for a couple of minutes. Rinse well in warm water, roll on a bath towel or paper towel followed by sitting in the sun to be completely dry in and out.
Super effective, easy-peasy, and really inexpensive way to handle your brass.

Anybody know what Royal is made of? I can't believe there is something out there that somebody here hasn't tried.
There’s lots of things I haven’t tried, I find something that works I hate to change. But since I love imperial I’ll try the Royal

It gives me goose bumps just thinking what that purple stuff and water would do to the carbon in my necks……
