If all I had was an oven, I'd be making Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, tuna melts, oven BBQ chicken salads. A good sandwich doused in bechemel is hard to beat! If you dont own an air fryer, you should. Its just a counter top sized convection oven. I know you are in temporary displacement, but more than a day or two is far too long to eat boxed, processed frozen food! Even just a cabbage wedge done low and slow with butter, cream and seasoning is amazing. Broiled root veggies, pork chops, chicken thighs. Its time to use those kitchen skills and get creative!My kitchen is being renovated for the last two weeks. Taking WAAAY too long.
