I fix stuff, sometimes....
Carbide boring bar probably. That's how I did mine. How do you open the ledge the bushing sits on?

Carbide in a lathe. How do you open the ledge the bushing sits on?
Very well with the 123 grain Precision Ballistic's, a easy 1/4 MOA shooter off a bipod...How did that 6.5 ackley perform?
The same way those guys above said they did there's.....How do you open the ledge the bushing sits on?
One good reason is to be able to use the 7 MM 120 Nosler Ballistic tips.... Should be a hell of a deer harvesting machine......Why would you want to take a case that many shooters think is too small for the 6.5 140's and move up to a heavier 7mm?
I would hardly call the 6.5mm version under powered. If it had any more powder capacity it would be just another throat burner. Why would you want to take a case that many shooters think is too small for the 6.5 140's and move up to a heavier 7mm?

Given the availibily of brass , my pal has a 7 08 reamer , the 08 looked like the sensible option .
