7 FCP, a cartridge developed specifically for the F Class Scene...

I get your trying to help, I've considered all the bandaids, and I guess I have chosen the FCP bandaid.
What reamer did you use for you prc-w?? For mine the builder used jgs no neck turn .316 neck for adg brass. I use a Redding 6.5 prc sizing die with a SAC .309 bushing. I have had no issues with mine.

Not having to neck-up is one big plus with using ADG brass. Your inducing less variance in your neck and
not creating a false shoulder or donut to interfere with chambering your brass.
You may want to try it and see if it alleviates some of your chambering issues perhaps.
The FCP is another great option as is the 7BSM

It's a jgs wheeler spec PRCW no turn reamer 0.319 neck I believe. I used a SAC die with a 0.307 bushing, then a 0.281 expanding mandrel.
Not sure if many check chamber fit after expanding. I don't all the time, but decided to check as bolt close felt weird.

Anyway, barrels are being rechambered, so saying goodbye to PRCW, It shot well, but I need low maintenance, I don't want to turn, I don't want to rolllsize, I need to keep it simple.

Maybe the FCP won't be the answer I'm looking for, will find out I guess.
Couldn't beat the low maintenance of the 284 Winchester, I was hoping for the same with better primer pocket longevity with the magnum head. The wsm case is probably makes more sense. Hindsight is 20/20

The NO turn 7 FCP holds the Palma, F Class record at 450-40X, shot last year by Rodger Mayhill. Also the Senior record for the same F Class F Open Palma is set last year with a 7 FCP as well, the turn version at 450-29X I believe.

If using the 6.5 PRC brass, the 7 FCP has the highest case capacity, therefore lowest pressure for a given velocity compared to all other variants. Also there is no donut issues like the 7-6.5 PRC as after the neck is expanded, the "donut forming area" moves into mid shoulder, therefore never reaching the neck/shoulder junction. The 40 degree compared to the 30 degree will also flow less brass from shot to shot, simple physics.
