In the target, keep getting a shot low out of the groups that open them up. need advice on what to try. I know it could be a lot of things, but any help would be appreciated.

hi nice shooting
from what i see you have a slight verticle.i would try 1/10 gr more powder most times verticle is controld by speed and check and make sure the gun is in the same place every shot.and pressure in the stock and bags does the same
good shooting Larry

then it sounds like bags being too hard or hand tention on the top of the stock with your shooting thumb. try putting thumb along side the stock
could be bedding also
Larry

wind no issue, calm. farley with edgewood bag for front, proctecter rear bag. 33.0 varget,105 berger vld, 450 primer. just touchin the lands. you lost me on pinning it

I agree with Larry, there seems to be some vertical. What do the groups look like at say 300? I don't care for just touching the lands. Jam .020'', then adjust the powder to get your best group. Then tweak the seating depth a little if you have to.

Just a little over an inch at 400, Let a little sand out of front bag and shot a .115, Just one group, maybe on to somthing.

Now your close only change one thing at a time but you better use wind flags. My front rest is very soft, and keep a block in it to keep it formed. Move your seating depth in and out by .002 at a time and find your window, then go up and down with the powder the same way. You will figure it out...... jim
