So, turns out I had a neck donut as well as a base that was too big. The #3 still does not reach the donut, but my neck turning tool does. All brass now neck turned, sized, trimmed, chamferd and deburred. Hooray.
6BRA new chamber issue

A 6BRA chamber is .004 short on a standard 6br go gage. That's how I set them up from day one. Changes from that are not a BRA. Theres a lot of other 6brai designs out there.

I never use a lower pressure fire form load, learned the hard way. Neck and shoulder can grip the chamber, stretch base of the case back to the bolt face. I also like to have a very firm "feel" of the bolt handle closing solid on the case head for support. Re lube the bolt lugs every 25 rounds if necessary.
