Suggestions for my 6bra - no more Alpha brass

I never polish anything in a chamber after reaming. If reamed correctly, the finish that the reamer leaves is ideal for for good extraction.

The last thing you want is a polished finish. It might look good in the advertisements for one’s ability to make pretty chambers, but it causes problems down the line.

It shouldn't be shiny. Not polished.

Double checked the chamber, not polished or shiny. Next step will be trying the brake clean on the chamber to see if that provides any help. However, went ahead and ordered some Peterson brass to try out. Thanks to everyone for sharing your thoughts.

A smith charged me a healthy fee to chamber my 6BRA barrel, it shot great using Lapaua then I switched to Alpha brass. Being ignorant of the facts it started with hard bolt lift. The cure was another chamber job to straight BR. Now there is a special reamer for 6BRA.
