First thing I would do is make sure you really have an 8 twist barrel. Time for a cleaning rod test. Does not sound good. Let us know.Well. First try didn't go so well.
24" 1:8 twist Wylde, ~ 3100 fps. 2.350 COAL - jumping 170 thousandths. The boattail does protrude below the body/shoulder junction.
Two four shot groups.
1 group was 6" at 100 yards. The other group 4" and one shot not on the target. Assuming it made it there, it would be over 6" group. [Hard to call those groups].
I'm trying to develop a load to load from an ar15 mag with the front cut out.
Any idea what is wrong? Does it turn out that the 62 eld vt is jump sensitive?
