For ME, I found that, the 130 Grain, ELD-M ( .554 BC ) at, 2,850 ish FPS was, the Best "Combination" out of, a Braked, sub 8 lb. 6.5 Creed, Tikka, to obtain, awesome accuracy with LOW,.. almost NO,.. Recoil !
( One Hole, 5 shot group's from the 3's to, 1/2 MOA )
I Know that, the 142 SMK's, 144 Berg's and 147 grain, ELD-M's Will "Outperform" this Load PAST, 800 Yards.
But I only Need good, "Accuracy" to 800-850 Yards and I won't sacrifice, MORE Recoil for using, the Heavier Bullets
( I Shoot Informal, Field Positions, at, 10-12 inch Dia., Steel Plates and this Bullet/ Load,.. DOES it, Fine ).
I WAS very Tempted to Buy, the 142 SMK's on Sale @ 400 for $99.00,.. a couple of Days, ago !
I had to Remember, Just HOW Pleasant, My main "Practice Load",.. was,.. to Shoot !
