I have never tested the Nosler 40, and now that I am retired, I don't have the run of labs or range facilities.

The version of the AB code I am running doesn't have the Nosler 40 data, but I can find published length data on JBM. I just can't verify the bullet flight by radar track.

A simple comparison of the published lengths would tell us how they would compare. They are shown at a length of 0.745" so they would split the difference between the 39 SBK 0.732" and the VMax 0.752"
