22LR casing is stuck in bolt face of 2500X action

Now you say you took the barreled action out of the stock Right?
No problems then.

It may be a cone breach gun without extractor cuts.

Really need some help. I was shooting my 2500x action rifle and after the shot the bolt wouldnt open. I took the barrel off and the trigger and it still wouldnt budge. Ive managed to get the bolt out far enough that I see the casing is stuck in the bolt face. Cant understand why the bolt will not come out. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Take your rifle to a competent gunsmith before you start pounding with cleaning rods, rubber mallets or anything. The best would be taking it to who built it etc.

Sorry if I confused anyone. I removed the barreled action from stock but bolt is still stuck in the action.

I talked to Jerry and he suggested doing everything that I had already tried. He said to send it to him and he would take a look at it, that sometimes there is a small set screw that gets loose and will stick out, problem was I couldnt get to it with it being closed. As I was packing it up to send to Jerry I was still pulling the bolt handle up and pulling it. All of a sudden I felt it give just a little. I then pushed the handle back in and once again lifted it up and pulled. After repeating this a few times it finally came out as smooth as it had before. I did notice the set screw was ever so slightly sticking out. Dont know if that was it but its working good now and shooting as good as ever. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
