Lapua is good; Lake City brass has more water capacity, thinner necks, and thicker base for improved primer support. Using a Lee collet die to neck size only, the shoulders and body are not work hardened. Contrary to popular opinion the headspace is more consistent and without sticking vs FL sizing. This is based on hundreds of measurements in my 223 rifles and does not apply to other calibers. I haven't kept up with the exact number but many reloadings are normal.
