The Sierra 63 Gr SMP also shoots like that in my 1:14 twist CZ 550 chambered in 22-250. It’s the most accurate bullet that I’ve found for that gun by a wide margin.

We shot several deer with that bullet this year. All behind the shoulder, complete pass thru, and good blood trails. None ran over 50 yards. Hope to shoot some coyotes with it.

That’s good to know! I haven’t shot anything but paper with them and I’ve wondered how they would perform on game. Were you pushing them at 22-250 speeds?

I was shooting them from a 22-250… 3450 fps. Google the bullet and Look at the reviews. You’ll be surprised at how effective this bullet is on deer. I was shooting 60 gr partitions and came across these. I get a better blood trail with the Sierra. I wouldn’t shoot one in the shoulder. They group extremely well in my rifle with a 12 twist. My buddy has a 14 twist and shoots very well in his also. All shots were under 300 yards.

Sierra 1365, 55gr Gamekings.

Killed a bunch of Coyotes with that bullet, out to 600 yards. Shot em all behind the shoulder.

The 50gr and 55gr Nolser Ballistic tips have a thicker jacket than a vmax so they make it inside before they come apart if you are looking for a plastic tip bullet. They can be hard on fur at times but not too bad on Coyotes.

The 52 Sierra match is about the best bullet for killing and fur friendly that I have found for a light bullet.

I have used them from 3700fps to over 4000fps and they just plain kill stuff out to 500 yards and do not do much for fur damage. I have even had good results shooting fox with them with exits holes in that quarter to 50 cent piece size average.

The 50gr and 55gr ballistic tips most of the time turn a fox inside out.
